This is Foaltz! She's a fugitive who is one of the only Teritudes who lives in the large swamp on Innterlott. She's reclusive and independent, hidden from sight unless somebody attacks the wildlife.
Her familiar is a giant, black axolotl (the entire swamp is filled with them).

foaltz is a potion-maker and those orb-things she's holding have gas inside them, each emitting a different effect when broken.
(the black under her eyes isn't the iconic markings for the bounty hunters, rather, just paint)
