this is part of neve's backstory :') (her original backstory)
so basically what happened to neve is that: she was actually walking with her big bro when there was a shoot out. Neve being oblivious to it all and confused,her big brother had to protect her. Sadly,her brother was killed on spot while she was critcally injured by gunshot wound. She ends up going to this place where she meets Mother moose,who is a stag moose.(continues in comments)

(continuation)-which are rare. She takes Neve in as her own and introduce her to the others. Neve tells what she remembers and is left confused onto what happened to her brother. Time passes and neve's wounds starts showing(which is a clear sign to mother moose that the child is not ready to move on. (note that mother moose doesn't know what exactly what happen to the children unless she asks or sees it for herself.)So "MM"(mother moose)takes Neve back to where she belongs. Since knowing that neve is gonna be mentally messed up,she gives a kiss on the forehead as a insigna. That means Neve can talk to her & see her for emotional help.(mainly in dreams or as a imaginary friend) Of course,Neve,remembering her brother's death,feels that shes the cause of her brother's death as she was told to get out the way by him. So she thinks that if she would've listened to him,he would've been alive. By this,shes became emotionally messed up,which led up to her emotionless state. Thats all :')
