Ah alright, thanks! And ello frost, its okay lol. I think this should be enough so I can start us off now.

Basically battleing undead people XD Parker's probably hiding behind a tree somewhere

Wren’s eyes remained locked on the battlefield. However, his head hung a bit lower and his eyes were squinted. He appeared to be growing weaker. The puppets moved slowly now, and some even collapsed to the ground. Pyra pushed her way through the battlefield, and shivered as she noticed Rudy almost directly behind Wren.

( @Frostsong and we found Wren! He’s controlling all corpses as of now. His behavior is completely off and no one knows whats wrong. Rudy has sneaked off and is now trying to get closer to him)

Liola perked her ears, she noticed the zlowed movements of the corpses. Her energy is renewed a little to attack another.

Parker had draw his dual blades and Areo was circling above his wings flapping frantically when the enemies started attacking. Taking a deep breath Parker slowly came out from behind the tree he was hiding behind and watches the cat who doesn't look like a cat anymore.

“Rudy stop!” Pyra shouted as Rudy approached Wren and grabbed his arm. Wren’s eyes opened wide and he stood up straight again. The corpses froze in an instant, and the battlefield was silent again. Wren stared at Rudy with hostile eyes, and shoved him. Rudy staggered back, tripped, and hit the ground with a thud that interupted the silence of the battlefield.

The corpse yhrew Liola down just before it froze. She eyed it warily and looked around. //Why..// The thud that interrupted the silence brought ber attention to Wren.

{Caminus approaches Wren cautiously from behind, ready to pounce if he becomes violent.}

Parker lowers his dual blades and stands shocked at the reserve that the beast had showed towards his brother. Areo perched on a branch and watched, his head tilted.

Wren was silent for a moment, and Pyra began to cautiously approach the caccoon. A knife suddenly burst from it, and began cutting through it. He crawled out and fell to the ground beside Rudy. He slowly lifted himself up and his eyes began to shimmer with fury. He pulled Rudy close, and pushed the knife right against his neck, “Any moves and he dies!” Wren shouted in a strange voice.

(Ah I’m sorry lol)

Liola kept still, the obliterated corpse before her. She edged down slowly, so her belly fur brushed the snow(/ground). Her eyes glared at Wren. //I knew it wasn't a good idea to bring him along.//

Areo let out a rather loud squawk and flapped his wings. Parker's eyes widened and he almost took a step forward but stopped himself. His hands tightened on his dual blades till his knuckles were white. //great... And to think I was impressed.//

Rudy’s face was expressionless, he stared towards his brother and held eye contact for what seemed like an eternity. He felt Wren’s eyes burning into him as he began to examine every bit of him. An unusual jewel hanging around his neck on a thin peice of string quickly caught his attention. Pyra, who watched from the distance, noticed it too. It resembled the glowing stone Rudy had hit in the cavern, back when they had first awakened.

{Caminus reaches out his hand towards Wren.} "Take it easy. Do you not recognize him?"

The necklace was the key, Parker was ready to signal Areo at any moment to swoop in and extract it from around his neck. Step was an excellent thief.

Wren listened to Caminus and stared back at Rudy. His eyes still seemed empty, but they squinted as he seemed to try and remember something.
Meanwhile, Pyra rushed to Basil’s side.

//If I were closer, I could cut it off...// Liola thought, she hadseen the two react, and had began examining Wren, and she too, noticed the necklace.

Rudy watched Areo, and sligtly waved one hand. He wanted him to steal the necklace while Wren was slightly distracted.

Areo bobbed his head up and down, and Parker flicked his fingers and Areo shot into the sky. Disappearing from sight, moments later Areo flew down through the trees and stretched his talons out. As he got closer Parker prayed that Wren wouldn't look away from his current target.

Wren’s eyes squinted shut at this same moment, as though he had thought of something. Rudy’s face brightened a bit as he saw Areo approach.
Pyra leaned close to Basil, and attempted to lift him up, “Can you hear me?” she asked

In a flurry of feathers, Parker watched as Areo dove and clasped his talons around the necklace. He flaps his wings and yanks the necklace off, snapping the chain and flys off into the sky, silent and untraceable. Parker gives a little fist pump and looks into the sky for any trace of him. But alas, there is none.

Liola didn't know what the others were planning, but she figured she'd stay out to keep it under radar. As Wren's eyes closed, she stealthily made her way to Pyra and Basil.

Wren collapsed the moment the jewel was torn away from his neck. His knife landed next to him and Rudy let out a sigh of relief. He pushed the knife away with his foot, and kneeled down beside his brother. The corpses fell to the ground one by one

Pyra still focused on Basil. She began to shout at him in an attempt to wake him. Seeing as this wasn’t working, she put her hand beside his face and let it become shrouded in fire. She hoped the heat would wake him.

Liola peered up as Wren collapsed, and bounded over to the cat who is not a cat. She shifted back to her human form part way, and staggered the rest of it.

Parker dropped out of his stance and took a deep breath at the sight of the collapsed beast. Areo let a squawk out to let him know that he was quite alright.

Many of the cat soldiers that had assisted earlier surrounded Wren and Rudy. The whole group managed to lift Wren up. His eyes remained tightly shut and his body had gone limp.

The flames on Pyra’s hand swiftly went out, “You collapsed out of nowhere.” she told Basil.

Liola came up beside Rudy, "Let's hope he's not a dead puppet like the others." She murmured, mostly to herself.

{Caminus visibly relaxed as Wren was hauled away.} "Seems like Magic. But where did he get that necklace?"

Pyra held a hand out to Basil to help him up.

As one of the soldiers began examining Wren, Rudy was pushed away from the group. “I hope” he muttered to Liola. He walked over to the beasts with concern on his face, “It had to from the cavern you were all asleep in.” He said to Caminus.

After a few moments Parker sheithed his blades and reached a hand up to the sky. Areo swooped down and dropped the necklace in his hand. Parker could feel the dark magic coursing through it and he held it at arms length by two fingers, letting it dangle in the air.
"What are we gonna do about this monstrosity? I can have Areo hold onto it, since he very well can't put it on." Areo squawked in agreement and landed on Parker's shoulder and nuzzled his beak against his cheek.

(I'm gonna have to go soon. So I'll probably disappear.)

Liola nodded, "He probably should, we have no idea what it is, and what it could do to us."

Rudy’s face suddenly became serious, “it needs to be destroyed.”

Parker nodded and Areo bobbed his head, cawing lightly,
"Fine by me. How do we wanna do it? My blades? Fire? A rock? I could care less, just something to get rid of it."

{Caminus just strokes his chin in thought. He had no idea how the necklace was to be properly destroyed. Smash it? Seems too easy.}

Rudy grinned at Parker’s suggestions.
“Are you sure this is a good idea?” Pyra interupted. She stared closely at the jewel for a moment before turning to the group, “This is part of the crystal back in our cavern, the one that emits magic and allows us to sleep for thousands of years. Is destroying it really a good idea?” she questioned.

"Condensed energy blast?" Liola suggested, even though she was pretty sure no one could do that here.

"Maybe it isn't a good idea.." She muttered in response to Pyra's questioning.

“The effect it had on Wren was certainly odd.” She muttered, “Its almost as though something was done to it. Could it be effecting us now too?” Pyra forced herself to stop.

”That may be the best option until we can figure out how to restore it.” Pyra replied to Basil

Liola nodded her head to that.(I gotta go too, ttyl!)
