Yay! I finally did it!
Here is my new character!
She's a detective named Agent Neo. At first, I didn't know which name give her, but at last I came up with this, so I decided to name her "Agent Neo".

In the beginning, Neo wasn't even going to have powers! I'm glad for the choices I made in developing her, I think they made Neo a more charismatic and interesting character!
She was going to be a lonely and quiet police officer who would fight crime in the city. At this time, I hadn't created any characters: Lowell, Katt, Eric, Jack and Aiden Ross didn't exist yet!

yeah- characters with powers tend to pick up fans better then 'normal' characters-
probably bc anyone could be like the 'normal' characters
it also gives the consumer a reason to follow and invest in the character- and if the character's power is unique- and mysterious, then the consumers might even theorize about it

and who doesn't love listening to all the theories about your characters knowing full well if they're true or not- atleast- i enjoy it -^w^-
