Lamia was the first Frost Nightmare, so she has a 'Queenly' attitude. Meaning she hates when someone refuses to give her something or do something for her. She'll, literally, bite their heads off.

She despises Malice and Omen.

She challenges the Nightmare King fairly often, or if she's not in a mood to fight. She'll coat one of his layers in ice, inside and out, including putting deadly icicles on the ceiling and killing off his servants.

Lamia has occasionally come into his place while Malice is hibernating and froze over his pool. Solely because she finds it amusing (how angry he gets).

She also a little bitter, because she wants to be the 'Queen of all Nightmares' not just the 'Queen of Frost' and she can only do that by killing Malice. Which she's failed over and over again to do.

She hates Omen/Judas, for how he can rip her from her frame. Lamia finds him 'small and annoying'

So she named her son after him, Judas.
