When Jess goes to ruin sone poor kid's birthday, she'll drop in, trap everyone in the building with her ice magic, and devour everyone, until there's only one or two Dreamer families left. Then, she'll use her chains to force one Dreamer to become a Husk Nightmare before leaving them all to die. She's done this to hundreds of Dreamers over the years, so she only holds onto the lanterns of her favorite Dreamer kills...
Naturally, she spends nearly all her time in the Land of Dreams, since she can't do much to humans aside from eat them.
She does have a few alternate forms, including a human form, those will come later.
