Another #Bleach OC! A victim turned SuperHero! I initially wrote her as a hero, who found a fan in #Cirris. But after he left, "she had no use" in the Magic world... Until his otherworld counterpart arrived, who's also a (government hired) hero from his world! It'll be fun to have them geekout at eachother!
