This is Fred, the Incineroar. He is a student at the same College as Renn and Doug, he is the second strongest student, the first being a Gardevoir and the third being Renn. The three of them are part of the Battle Team, a group of Pokemon that fight against other groups from other Colleges. He became great friends with Renn when he joined the team. He's pretty relaxed and kind of a show off, and he's REALLY competitive
