The Sinking Staircase by ecto-1
This is a study/recreation of a painting created by Ken Marschall called "T1992h." It depicts passengers aboard the R.M.S. Titanic climbing the ship's Grand Staircase as the ship floods decks below. This turned out great! The 3D effect is subtle but does add a little something to the painting. Fantastic job!

Thank you so much! I was going to make the 3D stronger, but it cut off too many of the peoples heads, and the layers looked a bit more broken up than I liked. If you'd like, I'll upload a version with the 3D maxed out.

Amazing. The work in this. You have a great eye for angles and distance and people. Very well done. 3D is not always a good idea, I find it does not work well with many art subjects. Good call.
