The Magjkkia are a subspecies of human, .there appearance is just like your average day humans, human ears, average human size,
hair, Eye, skin color are exactly what you see naturally on Earth, there pretty much humans all the way around.

What makes the Magjkkia different is they can be born with abilities like Beast taming and Magic.

About half of the population is born with magic and they are seen and treated as upper class citizens, as those who are born without Magic are called 'Senzan' which means 'without' and are treated and seen as lower class citizens and even use as servants or slaves.

The Magjkkia have clans and tribes all across Quirani, they are 12 Main clan, and very from small villages to Grand cities, most clan have smaller side villages outside the main one, all clans are run by a chief who could be a man or woman.

There are those who have ether choice to live outside the clan or they were exiled, ether way they may or may not still follow the Magjkkia traditions.

The Magjkkia have a tradition that they will waer clothing in the color of their Magic, the style of their clothing is a fantasy medieval to Victorian look
but can have a fantasy more modern feel to it as well and even steampunk.

Some individuals who wear a lot of their color as others might just use it as an accent, it depends on the individual and how much they followed tradition.

Example: Von ( on the far left) he's from a very traditional clan and wear a lot of red, as the red hair girl on the right, magic is yellow but only has a little bit of it on but she is wearing a clan badge on her shoulder.

The Senzan wear plain colored clothes with little or faded colors, this is to show that they don't have Magic.
If the individual is still affiliated with a clan they will have the clan symbol on their clothing somewhere or on a badge

[ the Magjkkia abilities ]

All Magjkkia are Beast Tamers, depending on what clan the individual originally come from the creature they can tame is different, there are 12 Clans in Quirani and the beasts are listed below.

Example:
Von comes from the Blue moon clan that specializes in taming wolf or dog like creatures. Say if there a place with guard dogs, Von could walk in and the dogs wouldn't attack him as they would someone else. ( There are however exceptions, if the dogs have a spell on them, then he likely would not be able to tame them unless the spell is removed)

The individual are /only/ able to use this ability to tame non intelligent creatures that are of there clan variety.

[ The Outlanders ]

There are other clans in other continents with other variety of creatures that are different then those in Quirani, these individuals that visit or come to Quirani are called Outlanders

[ a human to beast ]
Some Magjkkia can also shape shift, but they don't call themselves shapeshifter as they are a human that uses Magic to change forms instead of the normal, a creature that has a human form.

A spell is used in order for the individual to shape-shift, it is usually done by a written incantation.

some individuals with put the incantation on an item, like a ring, bracelet, necklace or earrings, for more convenience shape shifting as others may tattoo incantation on their skin.

The creatures that they're able to shape-shift to revolves around the clan that their genealogy is from.

Examples: The red hair girl in the picture has a tattoo making on her arm for that spell, as Von just writes it out in the air or ground.

The creatures that the Magjkkia can change to will look very similar to the normal of that species but will have the symbols on their body, some more powerful magic users can shift to bigger or more exotic varieties, including mythical creatures in that group.

The color of the creatures hide or Pelt maybe the color of the individuals Magic, and the Magic energy of the individual can manifest into different things.

Example: Von has a great Wolf form, his Pelt is red like his Magic, and his plasma magic forms into an extra pair of arms from his back.

[ Renashins born]
The ones who are born as a Renashin, will always be bigger then normal Magjkkia and their one Renashin eye still stay the same.

Note: if the individual dyes their hair like what Von dose, the hair dye color transfers over to their Beast form.

Been exposed to their element even in their Beast form will make them change to their Renashin form.

[Magic system]

Magjkkia is a bit different than traditional magic species, as there is on colors instead of element. It can be any color and in rare cases individual can have more than one color but the average is one color.

Their magic is know as 'energy' and comes in ether Plasma, Spirit or Dark matter.

Plasma has a fiery energy look to and typically has a high temperature to it.
It is more seen as an offensive Magic and defensive Magic.

Not seen as much is a plasmas support and healing Magic, its not as strong but can still be effective.

Note: if their something with an over power cooler temperature it has a tendency of destabilizing plasma Magic, this is why Von's breaks down if their a lot of water.

Spirit has a wispy energy look to it, and is typically cooler in temperature.
It is more commonly seen as an support
Magic and healing Magic.

Not seen as much is a is a Spirit, offensive and defensive magic but can still be effective.

Note: just like with plasma, if Spirit is over power with something very hot it will destabilize.

Dark matter, is rarely seen, but it's when both plasma and spirit in one individual,
( Plasma is referred as 'hot dark matter' as spirit is 'cold dark matter') though they are able to do both these two magic systems Clash and become highly unstable in the individuals, and can even cause health problems.

the magic energy has four uses, Offensive, Defensive, Support, and Healing, mentioned previously each magic energy has its preference ability, however these magical Energies can be molded and shaped into different spells and can be used for different things, but the individual can only have two of the four classes and one must fit their magic energy preference.

Example: Von is a plasma user, and his magic favors offensive but he can use support magic as well but it's not as strong as his offensive

They way the Magjkkia use their magic come in a variety of different ways, writing, speaking, and items, or a mixture of them together but the most common is writing.

Writing out the spell channels the magic into what the individual is wanting it to do, and is the most controlled and can have different uses, but the downside is for more complicated spells it's a slow method.

speaking is a bit faster than the previous mentioned, but is more liable for having mistakes in using the spell because of pronunciations and it can be hard to speak under pressure. most individuals usually team this up with writing a or items.

Items are used a lot with the Magjkkia, it helps control and direct their magical energy, and come in all kinds of forms, from gemstones, weapons, staffs, musical instruments, armor, clothing, books, potions, all kind of things.

There are different types of magic users, but here's the lists
warlocks, Wizards, witches, cleric, , alchemist scholar,
paladins, bard and gunslingers.

[ Those born of the storm]

It's forbidden by Magjkkia law to kill the child who is born a Renashin amongst their people, they believe it's there responsibility and burden to keep the one born as a Renashin under control.

Special masks are used to Mark the individual as a Renashin but it also helps numb the Renashin's sense by hiding their one eye, special charms can also be used for suppressing the Renashin sense.

Most Renashin's don't have a good reputation and story of them had made them feared by most, even if they have never seen or experience a Renashin storm themselves. The individual born as a Renashin is often feared and shunned by their own people and definitely kept away from their element and lock up during a storm.

A mother is often mark with shame if she the one who gives birth to a Renashin child, it's common for the mother to abandon the child in the Village for someone to find and deal with. some mother's are so overcome with shame they take there own life.

It is illegal but some will sale a Renashin child, as Renashins are a very rare powerful magical creature and can be used for many reasons, expecially in the wrong hands...

But some mother's will always be a loving mother no matter what their child is born as.

Some families will live outside a clan even Exile themselves to rise their Renashin child in peace but life outside the protection of a clan can be dangerous, as mentioned Renashin are highly valued by some and kidnapped do happen.
