Sometimes sketching from a reference can help, or even tracing helps. Take a break from the stress and just explore a style you like.

I honestly learned how to draw anime (don't judge me, I watched when I was younger) by tracing faces over and over.

I'm still trying to master hands and proportions.
We all are always learning.
