Very beautiful painting. You posted a film study and didn't tell us what film this is from. Is this from the TV show "24" or, is the number being used to designate the twenty-fourth painting in a sequence?
Cheers, dudes. @Inque: It's the 24th film study I've done on the DS. No sequence... just random. As for the film, well, it's one of Hitchcock's. Not exactly one of his best, but I really like the look of the film. The car and pink dress should be a giveaway. ;)
I'm not really up on Hitchcock right now even though I'm a fan of mystery/suspense. I'm guessing "The Birds." Although, that was in Black and White. I don't know what movie this is from. Which one is it?
No, not The Birds. That was in colour. This is one of Hitch's more light hearted affairs. I would tell you, but I've just thought that maybe some of the regulars here could get a little "Name That Film" gallery game going? One person could upload a study of a film shot called "Name That Film #1" and whoever guesses correctly first has to then paint and upload the next one titled "Name That Film #2 etc... Just keep to popular films or well known classics. Any takers? Oh come on, you bunch of boring swines! :D
When its my turn I'd like to paint something from one of my favorite films. I know exactly what I want to paint from it and it will be a bit more obvious. I've got some really nice photos of a particular actress in a particular movie, so...

@Cheechoo98: The other one was Vertigo, this one is Cary Grant and Grace Kelly. That should clinch it! :)
