Thunder Seraph Netseretsuna, upon her second death and immediate reanimation (by The Witch's Grief) the previous thunder seraph, Ramiel of the golden rings, in an attempt to both rid himself of numbness and responsibility, pooled all his Holy magic into her killing himself hoping she'd be forced to take his role as executioner of Jirosalin. She did not, instead, she threw on a piece of the magic, fusing it to her own and took back Rhopalocera from Titania.
