Edith's parents owned a small but prosperous business, for a while her family was financially stable, but after an unknown incident Edith's family was left in major debt. Forcing the business to go bankrupt. Her family became very poor afterwards. Sometimes they couldn't even afford food. Edith was lost, she didn't know what to do, her self confidence shattered. Leaving her to become quiet and reserved. Edith tried to get a job, but she was always turned down. In the end Edith became a thief. She seemed to be a natural at it. At first she felt guilty, she was stealing from innocent people who did nothing wrong, but after a while she pushed those feelings aside. When she did that stealing pretty much became second nature to her. Sometimes she'd steal without even noticing herself until it was too late. Her parents had gotten suspicious of her, they tried to confront her, but Edith always ignored the questions as to how she was obtaining money. After a few years, Edith gave most of her money to her parents and then moved away. She never told them that she stole the money, and left with a simple "Goodbye, love you". She then rented out an apartment of her own. And that's where she remains now. She's still a thief and she can barely survive on her own, but she tries her best. She wants to get her family out of debt. And maybe get the business back by doing so.
