This was a lot of fun painting to do. I didnt have a reference photo (kinda), and was just messing around with stuff. I did look at a few photos throughout the process, but only for basic ideas, and didnt actually copy any of them. I like the idea that theres someone traped in the cave but theyre terrified about what's outside (of course i would be too if it looked like everything was melting) to try to get out.
