Name: Tsukino-Hoshinokamimaru (or Tsuki for short)

Actually, when i really think about, tsuki would be content with helping others, keeping in mind that it's a goal, meaning it can't last infinitely. i thinnnnkkk...
Goal: His goal is to help exactly 3 beings find happiness, vague as that may sound, he basically just wants to help people out of tough situations, whether it be emotional, financial, physical, ect.
It's hard for me to imagine him wanting to gain anything other than a smile in return.. :'y
He's a gentle boy.
Powers: Tsuki's abilities are Levitation, he can and is probably always seen floating, he can see in the darkness, or if the moon is out his hair (The light blonde parts) will glow. His only other power is control over water, he can make it move to his will.
His contracted will get weakened forms of this ability, they'll be able to make small objects float, see better than normal in the dark, and a near useless ability to kind of move water. (The most it can do is make very small waves or ripples)
Tsuki's insignia appears anywhere on the body he places a kiss. (I liked the idea of "the kiss of the moon")

I actually just noticed this, but there is now two color-changing hair gods >3< I wonder what kind of hair-stories we'd see from them xD

Yup pretty much, :y he's like how the moon gently influences the tides, a gentle force.
xD Tho i um... ran out of room in the desc so i couldn't some other stuff.

Its @Heishi's god. His hair changes with his mood. I would give a char tag, but @Heishi hasn't goven one to him yet. But he is tagged mythical covenant. He's the yin-yang guy. The info I speak of is in the comments as an addition to his char info.
I don't think he'll mind tho, since his and your character's have different triggers for hair change xD

Re: He could be a brother. That makes things more direct and does make sense. Cycle of the moon along with balance of light etc.
If they were cousins, that would make it more distant, but would also be a good alternative, as their abillities are similar but not the same. As one of his parents would be unrelated and perhaps a completely different type of god.
If they were uncle to nephew, then I guess that works too, though neither one looks particularly older than the other xD of course gods age differently so, that also works.
Of course there are other things to consider like which one is older than the other and are they actually close or had a falling out, but that can always be discussed after a decision is made. xD
Really its up to you, I'll be happy with whatever choice you make. ^~^
