After Ramiel learned all he could from the Ferox, he left them and made his way to the Olum, a tribe of feirce big cats from the north.
He snuck into their camp at dusk and made his presense known, and was quickly surrounded by olumen ready to tear him apart.

the four standing closest to Ramiel are cats he's met before, and they'll jump in to defend him when the other cats want to kill him for being part of the attacking force that once raided their camp. (During that battle, a couple of cubs -Gerome and Tansy- got caught in the battle and Ramiel was merciful and provided them escape.) The parents whom he was fighting, Ruvik and Cynthia, invited him to leave the Hunters to join them, but then was not the time.
