-Able to foresee the future (The mortal is able to foresee into some of their future on their own, but only like a day ahead)
-Can control storms (rain, lighting, etc. The mortal is protected by rain and can call upon a slight rainfall, but with cooldown time)
-Can use Divine protection (A.k.a raises defense or makes hits easier to take rather)
-Can guide their mortal on the 'right' path, or the one that's the least damaging

~Goal~
Arashi's goal is to track down and capture the one who essentially took her loved ones, though she can not do it herself because she is partially blind and is not capable of handling the task

~Personality~
Arashi is a kind, yet sort of depressed spirit. She always feels as though she is looked down upon by the other gods, however she always does 'judge a book by it's cover' and just assumes that nobody likes her. She can be a loving, sort of mom figure once you get to know her, but she always feels the need to protect and nurture the one who has made a contract with her, for she does not was to lose another soul.
