Anera is a generally observant goddess,as she does remembers ever little move someone[anyone]makes. she takes those moves and takes judgement on it to see if you deserve punishment or not,she can do nice things,but she rarely does so. People {or others} mistaken her for being karma(or fate),which doesn't surprises her.

Abilities: -if she feels a threat in a person(not the mortal that has a contract with her)she would give bad signals to mortal to let them know what they are involving themselves into.(such as a sick feeling or give them basic information of the person & her thoughts on them. By using Telepathy.*shes not good at it & rarely uses it,only on certain occasions.)
-protection for the mortal(invisible shield.)
-she can give visions to tell how the user's outcome will be like. She uses this as a warning to them.
Her goal: Anera was put to blame for something she didn't commit,and with that was punished for it. With the collar around her neck,she is unable to take it off with her own free will,and is heavily watched over for it. Her goal is to be free as she was before & to just be left alone.
Her insignia is her bracelet, once made a contract with a mortal,she will implant a small tattoo like symbol of a scale onto the wrist. She will take off the bracelet until the contract is done(the tattoo will turn into a random scar,to be a reminder that they did made a contract with her.)
