Basically the world suffered through a huge war, and few people survived, others were mutant.
TVi was a robot test in a lab, trying to make sentient mechanical beings. She had the most successful outcome, but her endoskeleton was scrapped because it kept malfunctioning and would become unresponsive. Another company picked up her endo and built a sleek, white body for her, but used her as a test subject and repeatedly hurt her but reset her memory after.
