I think the only way that he would be able to beat Tesla is if he made him so angry, that he transforms into Alset, which is very dangerous for Tesla and can result in him becoming incapacitated in a short space of time through mental fatigue. If Peekatchu can dodge his attacks for long enough, then he would be able to beat him once he is exhausted.

XD This is awesome. Lol I love Peekatchu's face! Peekatchu is very fast, he may be able to dodge. However he is also very clumsy
