(reuploaded here cus I realised it was too dodgy to upload on main :'))
character for a story I made literally by watching a crow fight off a bunch of seagulls
they're a minor antagonist originally a magpie shifter who was cursed to be a magpie/dragon hybrid until they learn to not be greedy. honestly not the best choice.
this is also an excuse to learn how to draw birds and dragons better
also I'll put the basics of the story in the comments

So, the story goes like this:
A mage, who is a crow shifter who excells in elemental magic but moreso in light magic (ironic for a crow) gets attacked by a bunch of pirates while on an exploration for a magical artifact. The pirates consist of various marine animal shifters, such as seagulls and sharks, and continuously attack him until another mage flies (literally, in her robin form) in to help. She defends him and manages to fend them off with her fire magic, though it's a little more chaotic than she means it to be and they end up having to run away from the fire. The crow mage asks her why she helped him, and she replies that she was actually searching for him so she could teach her how to use her magic properly. Begrudgingly, he agrees, but only for a trial period while he finds the magical artifact. She helps him out more than he would initially realise and agrees to teach her.
And then magical shenanigans happen and the main villain is revealed to be a dove shifter with control over shadows and darkness (irony and contrast), who threatens them both with some sort of thing so they decide to fight against them
Again I got this entire idea by watching a crow fight off seagulls on the roof of my school so it's not very fleshed out
