Seon Salaway was born to a drug addicted mother who didn't want her. More or less had her by accident and abandoned her at the hospital.
The hospital treated her of course and looked for her mother but couldn't find her, eventually enrolling her in an orphanage.
They thought she'd adopt out quickly, but her withdrawl symptoms and crying lead her to be a difficult child.
She wasn't adopted, but entered a foster program. One she didn't adapt to.
She was rowdy and head strong and bounced from home to home.
Eventually even ending up in a home where some boys scraped pipe cleaners up and down her throat for cussing them.
After that she lost most of her taste sensations (only strong basic flavors she can taste) and nearly made her loose her voice.
She did get her voive back, but the boys were never punished, as they were the foster parents biological children... and Seon a stray they took in for money. (Government checks)
She ran away at four teen to a much bigger city.

Her mother's city actually.
She ran there and started living on the street, but did find a friend that's family kinda took her in.

She did attend and graduate high school.
And even had a band, where the lead guitarist and her were in a relationship.... one that ended badly and tore her band and dreams apart.
But then, that's when she met a most interesting white haired man...
