My first entry into @DarkPikaboo/ @ShadowPikaboo's #SPSummerFunContest
This creature is designed for the water, but it can glide above the surface with its wings for a short time.
It can make its wings short and stocky, like sails on its back. Usually when it's swimming in narrow/tight spots.
Its eyes are so big, they don't move, to look around, this creature has to move its head.
Feel free to make up any other info for it.
