Chapter 4
Bethany sighed as her dominant right hand started to glow. She used her other hand to pull a small hovering rotating box of light out from the hand.
"I'm not going to stay," Bethany said. Carol sighed, avoiding eye contact. "I know..."
"Goodbye."
"Goodbye..."
Bethany used her right hand to tap the box, as she teleported to the Pure, also known as the white area of nothingness.
It was a little busier, as there were people here and there chatting and walking to their destination.
Bethany opened up a door to an abandoned story, when suddenly Lucy teleported in, in the corner of Bethany's eye. She gasped, and quickly closed the door.
/Now's my chance...!/ Bethany thought. Bethany approached the girl, as Lucy noticed.
"Hi. Remember me?" Bethany asked, nervously. Lucy smiled. "Bethany."
"So um... What are you doing here, at the Pure?" Bethany asked Lucy. Lucy looked around the area, holding her own hands together, before looking back at Bethany.
