River relaxin on a rock in the ocean
I received him from my good friend @BloodHybrid, the #BHXanos are her closed species, Blood also cleaned up my sketch of River and did the line work of him. ( It's it's been sitting in my offline gallery for months and got the motivation to finish it xD)
