This is Douglas, or just Doug for short.
He studies on the same class that Renn on his Programmin/Game Design (I'm still deciding...) College. He might look like a kid, but he's 18. After they meet, Ark agrees with having Doug as a new room mate! He acts like a child most of the time, but he can be mature and has a really adult mind. He just hasn't evolved yet like most Eevee up to his age because he hasn't decided on which evolution he wants.
