Cute! I love that coloring and glow, it's quite pretty.
As for the 3d, less 3d tends to be better on here. The more 3d you have on a post the more "off" it is when viewed without 3d.
And that wing's not too bad!
One thing to keep in mind whenever you draw a wing, whether it's feathered or just skin like a bat wing, is that wings are structured kinda like arms. (And in a bat/dragon wing's case, an arm and hand)
Google "bird wing anatomy" and then "bat wing anatomy" and take note on the wing's structure! That could help you draw them more to your liking. :)
