Anyways this would be the flat lands of Vepura going into the mountains.
There are actually many types of "dragons" claiming their homes to Vepuras Mountains and lakes if you guys are curious I'm actually drawing up a diagram
I would have done the capital but I'm really bad at drawing buildings X'D but basically the 'castle' is at the top of the mountain and next to it would be the cave to the Goddess dragon. Going down the mountain comes the city and it's very open because Vepurans let the dragons make their homes there as well since their entire society is based around this mutual respect of each other. Dragons are actually quite peaceful unless provoked, it's mating season, or they want to spar to test their strength.
Dragons also are very smart and know that they can get 'treats' if they bring butchers shiny 'rocks' aka they trade unrefined gold for large amounts of meat with people. The bigger the dragon the more respect they get from the people the same goes with age. The oldest living dragon is Vyre (Goddess dragon).
