Killy can go on all fours or 2 legs in his humanoid form
His neck is thicker than a human's and he has a bulky upper body ( he just bulky bodied all together anyways )
He does have eyes on the side of his neck, 3 on each side.
The symbol Killy's brand, when making a deal with him he place his mark on the person until the deal is over.
The headshot in the upper corner is him without hair ( I did that just to show the bulky of him
