Anyways. Being nearly all of this sucks save for maybe his face you're free to change anything you dislike. I really struggled with the outfit and it doesn't match the pokemon at all... But aside from that I hope he's relatively alright. Ninetails always makes me think of fashion for some reason so maybe that's why he turned out like this. Here ya go. I tried to make him look alright. Any tags?

I wooouldn't quite say the outfit doesn't match, maybe this Ninetales dude doesn't wanna bother with wearing regal/majestic/mysterious? clothes & wants to opt for something ... plain instead. :p
