It's pretty good! I love how you've drawn his wing feathers! I would suggest working on keeping his body weight centered, or rather making aure his feet are underneath his rear so it doesn't look like he's gonna fall. Look at photos and note where the feet go when a bird is standing on a flat surface.

Oh, and make sure the top and bottom beak are always the same length! Unless you want to make it stylized like that!
