Gallo actually struggles with language. Seeing as how we was banished and exhiled by his people - the fae, and mortals fear him.... not entirely without reason.
Because of that Gallo mostly communicates wih his antenna, expressions, and primal noises.
Unless he hears a spoken tongue that's how he'll try to 'speak'.
