Awe, Spec, that really sucks. ;v; You’re not alone though. I had to restart my anxiety medication today.

Asher and Sirius just woke up after their first night at Blue’s place and they were talking about how creepy it was that the Kings watched them as they slept

Vincent had tied Amanda up in cursed ribbon that tightens when she struggles. He offered her tea or coffee, but she instead begged him to let her go

Vincent chuckled a little and gently brushed his hand against her cheek. “Pretty girls keep running away from me, so I’m making you stay. I know you want to leave, and that makes me want to keep you here forever,” Vincent admitted. His silvery grey eyes shined golden in the yellow light of the room as he grinned confidently at her.

Asher sat up, his face still worn from yesterday’s events. He glanced over at Sirius and picked up their neatly folded clothes left on a chair by the maid who had served them last night. He tossed Sirius’s clothes over to him, and began putting on his suit. “We should get dressed,” Asher said quietly, then lifted his head as someone knocked on the door.

At first, Asher expected it to be their maid, but instead it was Blue. “Sebaaaastian~ Siiiiriuusss~” He sang through the door, mischief in his voice. “Breakfast is ready! If you don’t come down soon, there won’t be any left for you.” Something about him seemed extra cheery, which gave Asher goosebumps down his back.

Vincent smiled toothily at her, showing off his white, almost straight teeth. One of his canines slightly overlapped another tooth, making his creepy grin somewhat childish and cute. “They run away because they’re stupid or afraid. But there’s nothing to ever be afraid of. Just be respectful and I’ll guard you like a watchdog~” He purred to her, clearly avoiding the answer Amanda was looking for.

Asher smiled awkwardly at Sirius as they both finished dressing, then led the way out of the door. Together, they quietly walked to the dining table and sat down in the two open seats. “Good morning,” Asher quietly, but clearly spoke to the kings at the table. He didn’t get any food, though and fidgeted with a loose string on his shirt, avoiding looking at Nicholas. Yesterday, he was told that the masked man was his father, but he immediately doubted it. Today, though, he wasn’t sure what to believe.

Blue looked at Sirius, completely ignoring Asher’s presence. “Sirius, did you sleep well last night? I do hope your maid was competent enough and made sure you were comfortable before you slept.” He said, looking genuinely curious.

Vincent frowned. “What makes you think I can trust you?” He asked, looking intruiged to hear her response. He didn’t intend on keeping her here, but he wasn’t planning on letting her go anytime soon either. “You’ll leave me eventually, and that’s what will hurt the worst.” Dramatically, he clenched his hand against his chest, his black hair hung over the terribly scarred half of his face.

Blue’s eyes lit up. “Really? I’ll make sure to use her for guests more often. Let me know how she does when she cleans your room today.” He dropped the conversation with that last sentence and scooped several sausages onto his plate, followed by blueberry pancakes. “Feel free to take as much as you like. We don’t like having leftovers.”

Asher glared up at Blue, confused by the child’s sudden kindness. He still sounded like a spoiled brat, but compared to yesterday, Blue was acting like an angel.

Don’t worry about it, Spec. I have to go to bed now anyway!
