So until a few minutes ago I had never experienced sleep paralysis. At first I didn’t realize it was sleep paralysis, my eyes felt closed but they were open? It was really weird. At the beginning I just heard screaming, like everyone I cared about was screaming all at once.I heard my little step brother screaming the loudest, he was yelling for help. Then I tried to move and I couldn’t, that’s when the overwhelming sense of fear set in. I remember watching videos and they said to close your eyes when you experience it, so I did. Just as quickly as it had started it was over, i sat up and started crying my eyes out, the overwhelming sense of fear was enough to make want to cry.
it was so awful I’m just glad I didn’t see anything scary, a part of me wanted to open my eyes and see what I would see (I was facing a wall so I don’t know if I would’ve seen anything.).
now I can’t sleep and I’m afraid too sleep.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.
