I felt like creating a "seasonal appearance" for my Seed Pokemon fan character. Bowvy will typically wear this during the Summer season or days when outside temperatures are warm or hot. c:

I'm glad you like this, Katt! And yes, I'm planning to draw Bowvy in the "other seasons". He kinda' has a "Winter" one, but I'll probably tweak that one a bit. That and the others will appear in the future! ; D
