He the first Shendobby, they are a wingless dragon species, and usually have hair, feathers or fins on them.
A fun thing about them is what eye color they have, is the same as their claws

is this late 2OI6 or so? o3o looks kinda like it.
despite being kinda old, it still looks good. your art skills are so on point and are something i strive to obtain some day :p
maybe ill be able to get some real practice in whenever i get a laptop or something to look at reference photos when i practice stuff.
