This is a Shendobby ( or I think that how to spell it x'D)
it's one of my older species but I never introduce them cuz I felt they lacked in design compared to some my others, but I figured why not?
Shendobby are a flightless Dragons species, they come in a variety of colors and they all has some kind of breath attack. But they are more of a faster elegant species

shendobby... sounds like some kind of animal breed. dog, cat, horse, /something/ lol
and i like this one's coloring, the dark blue markings over the gray blue looks cool to me-
