this outfit (mainly the top & shorts) reminds me of revy from black lagoon. (it's a manga & anime incase youre unfamiliar with it :^) )
god i love black lagoon, i hope its anime gets more episodes.
its manga recently came out of a hiatus so... maybeeee once enough new content is made it can be adapted and turnt into another season for the anime.
