this is a good style to explore but i don't think this looks tHAT great

i think it maybe because of the background? the yellow light and the blue one isn't just working for me. i do think the shading style would be better off if the bg was different

I quite like this sharper looking style. Perhaps it'd go well with one of your wonderful backgrounds.

Aside from what others have been saying, I will say that Scizor here does look nice and clean! This is an artstyle I'm rather fond of, actually.
