Upon Evee's recommendation Sagrado agreed to meet with Vaigh and the two quickly became close. A mutual trust and understanding developed between the two as time progressed. Vaigh having displayed not only his strength, but also his character, integrity and intellect, was offered a position as Royal Guard. Vaigh graciously accepted the position and was inaugurated as Sagrado's second Royal Guard.
