The gender ratio for Marill and Azurill is different. Wether or not they then change gender is based off of some in-game codes. It happens to some species of animals too! XP

Mostly fish as far as I'm aware. Clown fish can change. Sheepheads change gradually and some creatures change to have the chance to mate. Then there's some sneaky fish that simply disguise themselves! =P
