Neo the Echidna by Ruby-Riolu
Neo is Knuckles' older brother, & about age 24. His strength is greater then that of Knuckles' strength, & Neo also has time powers that were unlocked due to an accident with the Master Emerald many years ago. He ran away when Knuckles was about 3-4 due to his accident with the M.E., he was afraid of harming Knuckles with his then uncontrolable powers.
