Kim, while being hot-headed at times, is actually pretty sweet, and will help you if she can. As far as being hero goes, it's pretty evident that little things she does around her hometown counts. ^^
...But I think she'd need some special training before she challenges the monsters, offworlders and superhumans. :'P
