re: If there's no HDMI port on your laptop, you can get a USB adaptor that lets you plug HDMI cords into it. Almost all laptops have USB ports :P
It's not really rocket science, but I'd still recommend looking up stuff about laptops being displayed on TVs...Computers can really make you want to rip out your hair some times... .__.'
