And...
I don't read the comics, but from what I saw... is the Scarlet Witch INCREDIBLY unstable? I read that alot messed up story arcs, were caused by her?

Yeah. At the end of the 80s she went through a lot. She lost her children and her husband. And then she went through extensive brain-washing to make her think mutants were the best species.

After that, she recovered, but has remained unstable.
