Since it's a common question, I'll, throw it here too. I started in my sixth grade year, roughly six years ago. I started out drawing cats and anthros, which you can still see are my strong suits. I improved gradualy over the years, my lines got cleaner or my coloring got better. I opened this account four years ago, making it the longest running account I own. But I only really noticed a huge difference in how I drew two years ago. I went from a purely cutesy, chibi style to a mixture of that and what you see today. I am now in the eleventh grade, and mostly happy with my art. I have my flaws but it's better to be happy with what you've got. Plus it draws more customers. Just draw what you love, you'll slowly start to get better, and push yourself to try new things too. I still indulge in cutesy, it was my starting point, but I extended my ability which helped in the long run.
