{Steven shakes his head at Ivy.} "You don't know that. They did also recognize Jerry, from what I heard. Speak honestly. If a massive horde of Sargon's goons show up and attack, do you think you handle it?"
{Eliza notices just how fast Armin's going through his drinks.} "Yeah, I can tell. You might want to slow down there, before you get drunk off your as.s."
'I'm sure I could do SOMETHING!' said Ivy desperately. 'I have weapons. And everyone else is human too, except Dianne, and THEY can handle it just fine, so why not me? I don't want to sit in this hotel for another day. I'm freaking bored.'
Armin stared thoughtfully into his wine glass. 'Well, that's kind of the point,' he replied. 'In fact, maybe I should go and get some more. Vampires have high alcohol tolerance.'
As Caroline drove the car up towards the hotel, Sheldon rolled his window down and stuck his head out of it. 'It's beautiful,' he murmured, looking at the huge city with all of its glowing lights.
@Radiant/Aggron With Crowley being distracted and Vitis now too far away, Mortikai returns to taking a jab at the dragon shifter, then shifts into his bengal form to run around and jump onto his back, sinking his teeth into his shoulder.
Crowley yelped when Morty shifted and jumped on him. He had forgotten exactly how fast the cat shifter could move - forgotten that Morty had, in fact, once beaten him in a race across the city park. Under the bengal's weight, he fell forwards onto the sidewalk. Frantically, he slashed over his shoulder with his small knife, hoping to hit Morty by chance.
Steven: "They can handle it because they've had years of training. I'm not telling you all this to crush your dreams, I'm just worried what might happen to you."
Eliza: "Oh. Are you sure getting wasted right now is the best idea?"
Sheldon kept on staring. 'It feels strange, though,' he said in a small voice. 'Being somewhere so different.' Realising with a start that the engine had stopped, he started fumbling to unfasten his seat belt and open the car door.
'Well, you can keep on worrying about me if you want to,' said Ivy. 'But I'm an adult, and this is my choice. If I do die then that's my problem, isn't it?' She shrugged.
'I wouldn't worry too much,' said Armin distantly. 'I recover fast. By next morning I'll probably be pretty much alright.' He took another, smaller sip of his wine.
"We'll all get used to it," Tochi said confidently. She undid her own seatbelt and picked up Richard's tank to take it outside. Nobody knew if the hotel allowed slugs, but she wasn't sure what else to do with him.
@Radiant //Of course I can. All I need is the blood of those traitors and the power shall be yours. I'm sure you're capable of that. As this is a more...powerful skill, a true sacrifice is needed, unlike Ana's power, as she was able to use them before the death of the traitors.// He could sense the distrust in Sargon, though his grin doesn't waver. No one ever completely trusts at first, that he knew, so he would have to work for Sargon before he would work for him... //It's simple enough for anyone to do. You must kill them over my summoning circle. Do not include my sibling's mark. Their power must be returned to me.//
Ivy pulled an apologetic face. 'Yes, of course. I'll be as careful as I can.' She glanced at the door. 'In fact, I'll go to bed soon, so I'll be ready for tomorrow.'
Armin eyed her in a vaguely offended way, although he was having some trouble focusing on her. 'I'm not a violent drunk. I wouldn't be drinking in a room full of other people if I was.'
Sheldon slid out of the car, carrying the small case that he'd brought along containing his minimal possessions. Standing in a car park in one of the most amazing places he'd ever seen, he was having trouble doing anything besides gazing around in wonder.
'So you want me to draw another of your circles and kill the traitors over it,' said Sargon. 'I'm sure that can be arranged. I will do it tomorrow, it that suits you?' He ignored the spirit cat's demonic grin, which was starting to unsettle him, though of course he didn't let it show outwardly.
Tochi placed Richard's tank on the floor and reached back inside to grab her suitcase. Caroline nudged Henry awake and they both exited the car. Henry immediately went to pick up Richard's tank.
@Radiant/Aggron With a strangled yowl, Mortikai writhes around and manages to catch Vitis' clothes with his hind claws, using that as leverage to get out of his grip and latch onto his arm, practically hanging like a sloth with sharper claws.
Crowley immediately crawled away from the struggle, cursing and swearing as he tried to get a good look at the wounds in his shoulder. But they only hurt a little, and he quickly decided that they didn't matter. What DID matter was that the sun had set, the stars were coming out, and he could feel magic flowing through his veins once again. With a snarl of defiance, he shifted into his dragon form and turned to watch the fight.
@Radiant //Of course. If you don't mind, I might stick around until you require me. I have nowhere else to be, and Mortikai...is handling things well. It'd be nice to browse your selection of troops.// He adds on the end with a slight curling of his grin, his shape forming into that of a more solid form, now with all four legs, and dropping to the floor.
Sargon didn't take his eyes off Brink for even a moment. 'And why would you be interested in my troops?' he said flatly. 'I will not allow you to take control of any of them, if that was your intention.'
Caroline headed for the front entrance at a brisk pace.
The inside of the hotel was neat and well-decorated with a friendly feel to it. Caroline approached the lady at the front desk and started asking about rooms.
@Radiant //Ah, of course not...// His ears angle back slightly as he bows, a usually embarrased gesture despite the look on his face not changing. //I simply wish to see what you have chosen for your army. Perhaps I could see if you truly can complete your goal.// His tail flicks slightly, speaking with a convincing tone.
Sheldon hung back with Tochi and eyed the receptionist and Caroline as they talked. 'I bet we'll have to share a room again,' he whispered. 'Or maybe we'll have different ones this time. I don't know.' He actually wasn't sure which option he'd have preferred.
The vampire overlord stared at him for a moment longer as though trying to figure out if he was lying. Then he waved a hand in a dismissive gesture and went to sit down behind his usual desk. 'Do what you like,' he said indifferently. 'But do not interfere with me or my people.'
Sheldon glanced around, saw Henry, did a double take when he noticed what Henry was doing, and then looked at Tochi with an uneasy expression. 'All of us in one room sounds like... a bad idea. I hope we get separate ones.'
{Vitis grimaces, then grins.} "Gotcha, //pedo//!" {Taking a knife in his other hand, he stabs Morty up and under the rib cage, then begins to twist the knife.}
'Oh, I do,' said Armin. 'I think.' He gazed despondently into his wine glass. 'Actually, maybe you're right. I don't need any more.' He stood up and walked unsteadily into the kitchen to get rid of the glass.
Meanwhile, Ivy turned away from Steven and addressed Eliza for the first time. 'So...' she began, leaning forwards a little. 'Give me the gossip. Is there something going on between you and the bloodsucker?'
Ivy gave her a knowing grin. 'It's my concern if I decide it is. Besides, I'm nosy.' She leaned back and folded her arms. 'Learning about other peoples' love lives is one of my favourite hobbies.'
{Before Eliza could reply, Steven steps in.}"I wouldn't call it a love life. Those two are get along well, sure, but they haven't done much more than that. Sounds more like friends than lovers to me." Eliza: "Daaaaaaaaad......" {Eliza says in an annoyed and embarrassed tone.}
Ivy snorted out a laugh. 'Yeeees, of course I know that they're FRIENDS... I was just wondering if it could ever be more than that.' She nodded sagely. 'I think it's obvious that he likes you but he probably wouldn't do anything unless he knew you were interested.'
Smirking, she picked up her empty wine glass and started to head towards the kitchen.
{Eliza covers her face in embarrassment.} "Uuuuggh!" Steven: "Heh, sorry to put you on the spot like that, but from what I've seen, I don't think you actually love him." Eliza: "Dad! It's too soon for //either// of us to say that! For god's sake, we've only just met!"
Ivy was still cackling with laughter as she came out of the kitchen. 'Oh, don't worry. I won't bother you again.' She grinned, then went through the other door to find her bedroom.
Armin also returned from the kitchen, looking slightly more sober than when he'd gone in. He paused in the doorway, eyeing Steven and Eliza with a slightly confused expression when he noticed the latter's embarrassment. 'Did I miss something?'
Armin looked puzzled, but shrugged in acceptance. 'Alright, then,' he said. 'I'm going for a walk before bed. I need to clear my head.' With a final glance at the pair, he set off out the front door.
Frederick and Wendigo were standing on a street corner near Atlas Tower, talking in low voices.
'...Sargon still expects us to kidnap or kill Armin and that Jerry guy,' Wendigo was saying. 'If we don't show progress soon, he's going to get suspicious.'
'What are we supposed to do?' said Frederick impatiently. 'We can't really kidnap them. Maybe we should fake our own deaths and go undercover in Riverside.'
'He'll eventually find out. And then we'll be really screwed.'
{Eliza nods as Armin walks by. Once he goes a little ways down the street, the noise of someone rummaging through a ruined building is heard. It's Magnus, picking a guitar out of some rubble.} "Ah, here's a good one. Still mostly intact too."
Armin waited until he was only a few feet away from Magnus before he spoke. It took him a moment to recognise Magnus and he didn't know his name, only recognising him as one of Dianne's main draugrs. 'No offence, but why are you searching the rubble for guitars?' he asked.
{Magnus turns to Armin, a wide grin on his face.} "Hey, when you work for an evil Necromancer for hundreds of years, you get bored. To help pass the time, I like to play music."
Armin eyed the guitar curiously. 'That's interesting. I was in a band once, with a few of Sargon's less devoted minions. I'm not musically talented at all, though. Are you any good?' he asked, nodding towards the instrument.
"Am I?" {Magnus plays a complicated solo from a popular song, matching it string for string and chord for chord.} "You tell me. I've always said if I wasn't a warrior King, I would have been a bard."
'Wow, that was great.' Armin looked impressed. 'I didn't expect a zombie to be able to play that well. I think you definitely could've made a career out of that if you wanted to.'
"Aye, I would have made a fine bard. People for miles around would have come to hear my ballads. But alas, such was not my fate. The world needed a leader, a beacon of hope. A true king. And fate so had it that the divines chose me..." {Magnus trails off, seemingly deep in reminiscent thought. }
'I don't believe in fate or destiny or any of that stuff. I think that everyone can be whatever they want - even if it's not what the world expects them to be.' Armin pondered for a moment. 'And hey, you might not be a bard, but at least you can still play music whenever you like.'
{Magnus looked at Armin and smiled.} "Yes, that's true, isn't it? Well, as long as Dianne doesn't get annoyed, but I doubt that'll happen. Hasn't before, at least."
'Hmmm... So, what /is/ the relationship between you and Dianne, now that I'm thinking about it?' said Armin curiously. 'Are you just her servant? Or do you consider each other friends?'
'Sorry to hear that,' Armin replied, wincing sympathetically. 'You might be wrong, though. She might still care about you. She must value you, at least - if she still keeps you around despite how annoying you probably are.'
"That's exactly what she tells me." {He follows this up with a sarcastic mimic of Dianne's voice. }"'I can't give you a body all the time, you're too annoying and obviously a draugr! We need to lay low!' For how long, Dianne?! It's been three f$&cking thousand years!"
'I'm guessing you can't just decide to leave her?' said Armin. 'Because I think if you could, then you would have done by now.' He sat down on a piece of rubble and folded one leg over the other, staring thoughtfully into the distance.
{Magnus sighs and sits as well.} "No, I can't. I'm bound to her. Otherwise I couldn't be here. Although, maybe you're right. Maybe she does care about me more than I think. I am her second in command. That shows that she has some level of confidence in me."
'Yeah... Anyway, you're pretty lucky. Most of the other draugrs I've seen so far are like mindless robots. You're actually a person. A quite normal-sounding person, in fact. That must count for something.'
"That's not luck, actually." {Magnus proceeds to explain to Armin what he had told Ivy earlier, about being a strong soul.} "So, you see, I can be myself, while the other draugrs lack the willpower to break through. Despite the way they appear, if Dianne were to let up, their original personalities would show through."
'So, your will is too strong for her to fully control you... That sounds useful,' said Armin. 'You can annoy her as much as you want and she can't stop you, but she also won't destroy you because you're too valuable,' he added with a dull hint of mirth. He then fell silent, tilting his head back to watch the star-filled night sky.
{Magnus chuckles before leaning back and playing a tune. } "Yes. I get much enjoyment out of annoying her. Normally, while I'm a ghost, I give a running commentary on current events. Sometimes I can make her laugh or pull a face mid conversation. She can hear me, but the one she's taking to generally can't. "
Armin laughed slightly. 'You must have a lot of fun doing that.' He paused for a moment. 'Reminds me of when Sargon's minions - the ones who didn't want to be there, not the loyal ones - used to pull pranks on him sometimes. Of course, he has no sense of humour, so it usually didn't go over well.'
'Hmm... where do I start? A few years ago, somebody sent him a letter, forged in Anastasia's handwriting and with her signature, proclaiming her eternal love for him... That didn't go over well with either Sargon or Ana.' He grinned. 'Another time, a buddy of mine unleashed about a hundred rats into Sargon's private rooms... He nearly got caught, but it was worth it.' A wistfully amused expression settled on his face.
Magnus: "AHAHAHAHA! What? You mean that harlot that Sargon appointed to be his second in command? Doesn't she already love him? Tell me more about the fallout of the letter! What was his reaction?"
'Oh yes, she definitely loves him,' Armin chuckled. 'But she's never told him outright.' He thought for a moment, running a hand absently through his hair. 'I never actually saw the letter, nor do i know who wrote it, but from what I heard afterwards, Sargon nearly flipped. He asked Ana if she'd really written it, and she was so embarrassed that she couldn't look him in the face for a week. And he spent about two days interrogating his minions in an attempt to find out who had actually written it.'
Magnus: "Ohohoho! That's rich! From what I saw the few times I've actually seen Sargon in person, he doesn't seem like the most emotionally open person. However, you're telling me he "flipped out" upon receiving the letter? Maybe he does have feelings for her after all."
'Wouldn't that be a beautiful thing? But no, I'm pretty sure Sargon doesn't have feelings for her. He was just angry that someone had the nerve to do such a thing. Also, it made him realise that nearly everyone in his army is aware of Ana's huge crush on him, which was probably kind of embarrassing.'
'It was funny, though,' remarked Armin. 'Nobody dared to pull a prank like that on him again, but it was great while it lasted. Just don't ever mention that letter to Ana, if you ever see her. She'd go crazy.'
{Magnus makes a devilishly devious face.} "You don't say. Y'know, inducing rage can be a useful strategy for bringing down large creatures or luring individuals away from important objectives. That story may have much use to us."
'Probably,' Armin agreed. 'It's pretty easy to make Ana angry anyway. Just make fun of her for liking Sargon and she'll lose it. Of course, that usually results in her trying to kill you.'
Armin looked thoughtful. 'Hm, that's an idea. Next time we run into Ana, you can go and insult her. She won't be able to kill you, and the rest of us can sit back and laugh.'
"Sounds like a plan."{Magnus chuckles.} "Although, I'll need my greatsword from Dianne first. If I have a opportunity to remove her from play entirely, I'm going to take it."
"Heheh, we shall see." {Says Magnus, smirking.} "I've brought down many beasts during my time alive. Granted, Ana is both a dragon and undead, but it wouldn't be the first time I've bagged me one of those."
'To be honest,' said Armin, 'I think it would be more funny if we could somehow manage to kill Sargon first. Imagine if we could kill him in front of Ana. She'd be heartbroken.'
"Hmm." {Magnus takes a moment to consider before smiling.} "What a delightfully devilish idea. Ever since this all started, I've been itching to test my mettle against him. Everyone says he's formidable. I wish to see just how formidable he really is."
'Well, he's one of the oldest vampires alive,' said Armin. 'He's incredibly strong, incredibly quick, and has a lot of experience in fighting. He's ruthless and will do pretty much anything to get what he wants...' Without seeming to notice, he rubbed at his right hand, the one with the missing fingers. 'And he's supposed to be a superb swordsman as well as a good shot with a gun, though I've never seen him in action.'
{Magnus scratches his chin.} "I'm willing to bet I have him beat in the age department. Not that it helps very much. Good with a sword, eh? So am I. Can't say I'm any good with a gun though. Incredibly strong and quick? Given the right body, I could match that easily. This current form is a few days old and probably wouldn't be good enough to beat him. If Dianne made me the right body, I'm willing to wager that I'd have him beat."
'I'd like to see a fight between the two of you someday,' said Armin. 'Just to see if you really could beat him.' He paused for a moment, then added thoughtfully, 'You know, I've been thinking about Dark Brink a lot lately. I bet that if Sargon knew about him, he would want to summon him and get more powers.'
"Hmmm." {Magnus pauses to think.} "I suppose it's possible that the two may cooperate at some point. It would make our jobs a lot harder if they do. And Dianne certainly would not be happy about that. She absolutely despises Dark Brink."
"There's nothing obvious about her reasons." {Magnus states, while looking around to make sure no one was listening.} "You didn't hear this from me, but she has a //major// soft spot for children. She can't stand seeing them starve, or get hurt, or be neglected....you get the idea. There's a reason one of her past titles was 'Orphan Maker'. It's because even when she used to be super evil, she still couldn't lift her hand to slaughter innocent children, so when she'd wipe out villages, the kids would be left to tell the tale. Kinda weird though, cause she hates teens, but if they're younger than 13, she won't touch 'em. What was the point of this again? Oh, right, Brink. She hates him because children are his no. 1 demographic. She can't stand watching him take advantage of them, but there's not much she can do to help. Once a deal is made, that's kind of the end."
(Dianne RE to DB.: "F@$k you, ya hyper-dimensional, child molesting fleabag! Come at me bro, I'll stuff your mangy ass in a bottle and keep you on my shelf for the next thousand years, and make a rug out of your one-eyed abomination! U ain't gon' do shiet!)
Armin turned to look at Magnus with a surprised expression. 'I wouldn't have expected that. She seems the type to hate kids, actually. What d'you think she would do if she ever met him personally? Try to kill him? I'm not sure if that's even possible.'
Magnus: "Really? What would make you think she'd hate 'em? And Brink can't die, he's a spirit. She'd have to settle for either trapping him within an object or banishing him to another plane of existence, like Oblivion. Neither option would be easy to accomplish, given just how powerful he is, but the fact remains. He's a spirit, and she has domain over his plane of residence. They're both capable of trading serious blows with one another."
'Because she doesn't like most people from what I've seen,' said Armin. 'And small children are generally loud and annoying, so they're more dislikeable... But I guess it's just something I wouldn't have expected from her.' He stood up and gave a yawn. 'Well, if she ever does meet Brink, I think it'll be interesting to watch.'
"Hmm. I doubt she likes //all// kids, but she has a soft spot for kids in general, y'know?" {Magnus gets up as well.} "As for not liking most people, I can't speak for her, but I think that's due to the fact that for a good while, everyone who came into her life that seemed like a friend ended up either using her or hurting her pretty deeply, and now she thinks everyone's going to do that as well. I'm not completely sure about that though, so take it with a grain of salt."
Armin shrugged. 'I guess she's not likely to trust any of /us/ anytime soon, then,' he remarked. 'But that's not my problem.'
It was getting late by then; the moon was visible in the sky and the village around them was dark and getting cold. Armin pulled his jacket around himself more tightly and said, 'Unless there's any other interesting things you want to discuss, I'm going back to the hotel.'
"Actually, Armin..." {Magnus followed up.} "I have something I want to ask you. You said you used to work for Sargon. What was your position under him?"
Armin paused and looked around. 'Oh... There wasn't really a name for the position I held. Or Anastasia's. We both worked very close to Sargon, becoming known as his right and left hands. We did the most dangerous missions, and he entrusted us with information about his future plans that he didn't tell everyone else. I was usually known as the left hand. Ana was the right hand, because she liked him more.'
(I've just realised that I /really/ want Mortikai and Dianne to interact now Like Will she kick off at him as much as she would at Dark Brink? Will she allow him a chance to explain himself?)
'He only told me about how he planned to make Shacklestone City his,' Armin replied. 'I don't have any idea what he might be planning to do right this moment. Besides, he never trusted me 100%, so he might have avoided telling me some things.'
Magnus: "I see. One last thing: Frederick mentioned that his orders were to either capture or kill you and Jeremiah. What use would Sargon have for you two being alive?"
(Well the only way to get that done it to get Morty out of the fight :') Honestly when I first read that Vitis stabbef Morty up I had the emotional equivalent of that one reaction meme of the screaming cat lmao)
@Radiant/Aggron With a yowl that sounded more akin to scream, Mortikai shifts back into his human form to force himself out of Vitis' hands, keeping crouched as he moves away. He puts a hand over his wound, pausing a moment to see how quickly he was bleeding. The transition between forms hadn't helped, but it wasn't so bad that it would keep him from fighting. The swift transitions had taken a toll on his energy though, and with Crowley now in his dragon form, this fight wouldn't last to much longer. Despite this, he grins, looking up at Vitis. "There's two things wrong with what you just said. First, you haven't got me. Second, I'm sure you can figure out." Reclaiming a knife from the ground, he throws it at Vitis' legs as a distraction as he gets up and runs a safe distance away from both of them, giving them a wide space of opportunity.
'He'd probably be interested in knowing why we've been so determined to defeat him,' said Armin. 'After all, we're the only group who actually ARE fighting him. He likely wants to know what's driving us. ...Though, I also think he'd want to capture us so that he can gloat a little before he kills us.'
Crowley had started to prowl towards Morty, halting in his tracks when the cat shifter turned back into a man and quickly moved away from them. He spread his feathery wings and lowered his head, ready to leap at Morty as soon as he saw a good opportunity.
{Vitis hops about to avoid the knife, like a spider on a hotplate, before turning towards Morty} "Aye, watch it! So, I missed your vitals, so what!? It's not like you're winning against the both of us. Mah boi Crowley here could probably take you out on his own."
{Magnus nods.} "Well, we're likely fighting so hard because we're the only ones brave enough to. Also, some of us have lost things to that jackass, and we want to repay him. Gloat, huh? Never seen him express much emotion. I wonder what that would look like?"
Crowley grinned. 'Of course I could,' he purred. 'How about you come a little closer and let me try?' He swung his head around to gaze unnervingly at Mortikai.
'He does gloat,' said Armin. 'Sometimes. He might not seem very emotional - and he isn't - but he's still a living person. I've mostly only seen him angry and disappointed before. But he does have SOME emotions.'
@Radiant/Aggron Mortikai scoffs, barely fazed by Crowley's gaze. "Are you truly so confident in your power that you think you could take out the right hand man of a god-like spirit? I'd /love/ to see you try." He might have been bluffing about his power, but if he could just run them around for long enough, then he could tire them out and run for it. It wasn't a very elegant way of finishing the fight, but it would be easier than summoning his master for help.
{Magnus nods once again.} "I guess I'll see that eventually. Well, if you're tired now, you can go back to the hotel. It was nice talking to you, Armin. I can't understand why Dianne dislikes you so much."
Crowley let out a nasty laugh. 'Best thing I've ever heard you say!' He sprung forwards, claws outstretched, aiming to jump on top of Morty and pin him to the ground. He didn't know if Morty was fast enough, in his injured state, to dodge the attack.
'Thanks. About why she hates me...' Armin's mind returned briefly to the creeper conversation, and he gave an awkward chuckle. 'I don't know either. See you tomorrow.' He nodded in farewell and started to walk back to the hotel.

With Crowley being distracted and Vitis now too far away, Mortikai returns to taking a jab at the dragon shifter, then shifts into his bengal form to run around and jump onto his back, sinking his teeth into his shoulder.
28 Apr, 2018, 7:24 pm
(K)
Crowley yelped when Morty shifted and jumped on him. He had forgotten exactly how fast the cat shifter could move - forgotten that Morty had, in fact, once beaten him in a race across the city park. Under the bengal's weight, he fell forwards onto the sidewalk. Frantically, he slashed over his shoulder with his small knife, hoping to hit Morty by chance.
28 Apr, 2018, 7:32 pm
"Cities really do look nice at night," Tochi agreed. "So many lights I can't count them."
Caroline entered the car park, chose a space and turned off the engine once she'd neatly parked.
28 Apr, 2018, 7:35 pm
Steven: "They can handle it because they've had years of training. I'm not telling you all this to crush your dreams, I'm just worried what might happen to you."
Eliza: "Oh. Are you sure getting wasted right now is the best idea?"
28 Apr, 2018, 7:36 pm
(D)
Sheldon kept on staring. 'It feels strange, though,' he said in a small voice. 'Being somewhere so different.' Realising with a start that the engine had stopped, he started fumbling to unfasten his seat belt and open the car door.
28 Apr, 2018, 7:37 pm
{Vitis runs up to the scuffling shifters, grabs Morty by the scruff of his neck, and rips him off of Crowley} "I got u fam!"

28 Apr, 2018, 7:46 pm
{Steven sighs.} "I suppose you're right. Still, if you insist on going, just try not to die, ok?"
Eliza: "Still, if you're like a violent drunk, I'd advise against it."
28 Apr, 2018, 7:50 pm
"We'll all get used to it," Tochi said confidently. She undid her own seatbelt and picked up Richard's tank to take it outside. Nobody knew if the hotel allowed slugs, but she wasn't sure what else to do with him.
28 Apr, 2018, 7:51 pm
i just got a video idea mmm
and remembered one i've had for a while but probably won't do yet

//Of course I can. All I need is the blood of those traitors and the power shall be yours. I'm sure you're capable of that. As this is a more...powerful skill, a true sacrifice is needed, unlike Ana's power, as she was able to use them before the death of the traitors.//
He could sense the distrust in Sargon, though his grin doesn't waver.

28 Apr, 2018, 7:57 pm
(D - ooh a videoo
will it involve slugs)
Sheldon slid out of the car, carrying the small case that he'd brought along containing his minimal possessions. Standing in a car park in one of the most amazing places he'd ever seen, he was having trouble doing anything besides gazing around in wonder.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:02 pm
(King)
'So you want me to draw another of your circles and kill the traitors over it,' said Sargon. 'I'm sure that can be arranged. I will do it tomorrow, it that suits you?' He ignored the spirit cat's demonic grin, which was starting to unsettle him, though of course he didn't let it show outwardly.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:11 pm
(noooh it's just an original mem thingy)
Tochi placed Richard's tank on the floor and reached back inside to grab her suitcase. Caroline nudged Henry awake and they both exited the car. Henry immediately went to pick up Richard's tank.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:13 pm

Watching everyone gathering their things, Sheldon stood by quietly and waited to see where Caroline was going to take them.

With a strangled yowl, Mortikai writhes around and manages to catch Vitis' clothes with his hind claws, using that as leverage to get out of his grip and latch onto his arm, practically hanging like a sloth with sharper claws.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:30 pm
(K/A)
Crowley immediately crawled away from the struggle, cursing and swearing as he tried to get a good look at the wounds in his shoulder. But they only hurt a little, and he quickly decided that they didn't matter. What DID matter was that the sun had set, the stars were coming out, and he could feel magic flowing through his veins once again. With a snarl of defiance, he shifted into his dragon form and turned to watch the fight.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:46 pm
@Radiant
//Of course. If you don't mind, I might stick around until you require me. I have nowhere else to be, and Mortikai...is handling things well. It'd be nice to browse your selection of troops.//
He adds on the end with a slight curling of his grin, his shape forming into that of a more solid form, now with all four legs, and dropping to the floor.
28 Apr, 2018, 8:49 pm
(K)
Sargon didn't take his eyes off Brink for even a moment. 'And why would you be interested in my troops?' he said flatly. 'I will not allow you to take control of any of them, if that was your intention.'
28 Apr, 2018, 9:00 pm
Caroline headed for the front entrance at a brisk pace.
The inside of the hotel was neat and well-decorated with a friendly feel to it. Caroline approached the lady at the front desk and started asking about rooms.
28 Apr, 2018, 9:05 pm
@Radiant
//Ah, of course not...//
His ears angle back slightly as he bows, a usually embarrased gesture despite the look on his face not changing.
//I simply wish to see what you have chosen for your army. Perhaps I could see if you truly can complete your goal.//
His tail flicks slightly, speaking with a convincing tone.
28 Apr, 2018, 9:06 pm

Sheldon hung back with Tochi and eyed the receptionist and Caroline as they talked. 'I bet we'll have to share a room again,' he whispered. 'Or maybe we'll have different ones this time. I don't know.' He actually wasn't sure which option he'd have preferred.
28 Apr, 2018, 9:09 pm

The vampire overlord stared at him for a moment longer as though trying to figure out if he was lying. Then he waved a hand in a dismissive gesture and went to sit down behind his usual desk. 'Do what you like,' he said indifferently. 'But do not interfere with me or my people.'

"Maybe we'll ALL be in the same room," Tochi said. "It depends how big the rooms are."
Henry had opened Richard's tank and was softy petting the slug with one finger.
28 Apr, 2018, 9:50 pm

Sheldon glanced around, saw Henry, did a double take when he noticed what Henry was doing, and then looked at Tochi with an uneasy expression. 'All of us in one room sounds like... a bad idea. I hope we get separate ones.'

Hey, fellas. Sorry for going MIA for like...twelve hours...
When IRL calls, there's not a lot I can do about it. Sorry:(
29 Apr, 2018, 4:35 am
{Eliza just looks down.} "Ok. I'm sure you know what you're doing..."
29 Apr, 2018, 4:36 am
{Vitis grimaces, then grins.} "Gotcha, //pedo//!" {Taking a knife in his other hand, he stabs Morty up and under the rib cage, then begins to twist the knife.}
29 Apr, 2018, 9:15 am
(It's alright Aggron, it happens to all of us sometimes.)
29 Apr, 2018, 9:21 am

'Oh, I do,' said Armin. 'I think.' He gazed despondently into his wine glass. 'Actually, maybe you're right. I don't need any more.' He stood up and walked unsteadily into the kitchen to get rid of the glass.
Meanwhile, Ivy turned away from Steven and addressed Eliza for the first time. 'So...' she began, leaning forwards a little. 'Give me the gossip. Is there something going on between you and the bloodsucker?'
29 Apr, 2018, 5:30 pm
{Eliza gives Ivy a look of irritation mixed with embarrassment.} "That's //no// concern of yours, Ivy."
29 Apr, 2018, 6:52 pm
(Aggron)
Ivy gave her a knowing grin. 'It's my concern if I decide it is. Besides, I'm nosy.' She leaned back and folded her arms. 'Learning about other peoples' love lives is one of my favourite hobbies.'
30 Apr, 2018, 7:22 am
{Before Eliza could reply, Steven steps in.}"I wouldn't call it a love life. Those two are get along well, sure, but they haven't done much more than that. Sounds more like friends than lovers to me."
Eliza: "Daaaaaaaaad......" {Eliza says in an annoyed and embarrassed tone.}
30 Apr, 2018, 11:24 am
Ivy snorted out a laugh. 'Yeeees, of course I know that they're FRIENDS... I was just wondering if it could ever be more than that.' She nodded sagely. 'I think it's obvious that he likes you but he probably wouldn't do anything unless he knew you were interested.'
Smirking, she picked up her empty wine glass and started to head towards the kitchen.
30 Apr, 2018, 3:45 pm
{Eliza covers her face in embarrassment.} "Uuuuggh!"
Steven: "Heh, sorry to put you on the spot like that, but from what I've seen, I don't think you actually love him."
Eliza: "Dad! It's too soon for //either// of us to say that! For god's sake, we've only just met!"
30 Apr, 2018, 4:28 pm
Ivy was still cackling with laughter as she came out of the kitchen. 'Oh, don't worry. I won't bother you again.' She grinned, then went through the other door to find her bedroom.
Armin also returned from the kitchen, looking slightly more sober than when he'd gone in. He paused in the doorway, eyeing Steven and Eliza with a slightly confused expression when he noticed the latter's embarrassment. 'Did I miss something?'
30 Apr, 2018, 4:51 pm
Eliza: "No." {She says while looking down. Steve just looks between the two.}
30 Apr, 2018, 4:56 pm
Armin looked puzzled, but shrugged in acceptance. 'Alright, then,' he said. 'I'm going for a walk before bed. I need to clear my head.' With a final glance at the pair, he set off out the front door.
30 Apr, 2018, 4:59 pm
Frederick and Wendigo were standing on a street corner near Atlas Tower, talking in low voices.
'...Sargon still expects us to kidnap or kill Armin and that Jerry guy,' Wendigo was saying. 'If we don't show progress soon, he's going to get suspicious.'
'What are we supposed to do?' said Frederick impatiently. 'We can't really kidnap them. Maybe we should fake our own deaths and go undercover in Riverside.'
'He'll eventually find out. And then we'll be really screwed.'
30 Apr, 2018, 5:05 pm
{Eliza nods as Armin walks by. Once he goes a little ways down the street, the noise of someone rummaging through a ruined building is heard. It's Magnus, picking a guitar out of some rubble.} "Ah, here's a good one. Still mostly intact too."
30 Apr, 2018, 5:07 pm
Armin waited until he was only a few feet away from Magnus before he spoke. It took him a moment to recognise Magnus and he didn't know his name, only recognising him as one of Dianne's main draugrs. 'No offence, but why are you searching the rubble for guitars?' he asked.
30 Apr, 2018, 7:25 pm
{Magnus turns to Armin, a wide grin on his face.} "Hey, when you work for an evil Necromancer for hundreds of years, you get bored. To help pass the time, I like to play music."
30 Apr, 2018, 7:31 pm
Armin eyed the guitar curiously. 'That's interesting. I was in a band once, with a few of Sargon's less devoted minions. I'm not musically talented at all, though. Are you any good?' he asked, nodding towards the instrument.
30 Apr, 2018, 7:37 pm
"Am I?" {Magnus plays a complicated solo from a popular song, matching it string for string and chord for chord.} "You tell me. I've always said if I wasn't a warrior King, I would have been a bard."
30 Apr, 2018, 7:43 pm
'Wow, that was great.' Armin looked impressed. 'I didn't expect a zombie to be able to play that well. I think you definitely could've made a career out of that if you wanted to.'
30 Apr, 2018, 7:58 pm
"Aye, I would have made a fine bard. People for miles around would have come to hear my ballads. But alas, such was not my fate. The world needed a leader, a beacon of hope. A true king. And fate so had it that the divines chose me..." {Magnus trails off, seemingly deep in reminiscent thought. }
30 Apr, 2018, 8:01 pm
'I don't believe in fate or destiny or any of that stuff. I think that everyone can be whatever they want - even if it's not what the world expects them to be.' Armin pondered for a moment. 'And hey, you might not be a bard, but at least you can still play music whenever you like.'
30 Apr, 2018, 8:08 pm
{Magnus looked at Armin and smiled.} "Yes, that's true, isn't it? Well, as long as Dianne doesn't get annoyed, but I doubt that'll happen. Hasn't before, at least."
30 Apr, 2018, 8:15 pm
'Hmmm... So, what /is/ the relationship between you and Dianne, now that I'm thinking about it?' said Armin curiously. 'Are you just her servant? Or do you consider each other friends?'
30 Apr, 2018, 8:20 pm
{Magnus' expression turns a little sour.} "She /used/ to be my friend. Or so I considered her to be one. Now, I'm just a sharp tool for her to use."
30 Apr, 2018, 8:28 pm
'Sorry to hear that,' Armin replied, wincing sympathetically. 'You might be wrong, though. She might still care about you. She must value you, at least - if she still keeps you around despite how annoying you probably are.'
30 Apr, 2018, 8:39 pm
"That's exactly what she tells me." {He follows this up with a sarcastic mimic of Dianne's voice. }"'I can't give you a body all the time, you're too annoying and obviously a draugr! We need to lay low!' For how long, Dianne?! It's been three f$&cking thousand years!"
30 Apr, 2018, 8:45 pm
'I'm guessing you can't just decide to leave her?' said Armin. 'Because I think if you could, then you would have done by now.' He sat down on a piece of rubble and folded one leg over the other, staring thoughtfully into the distance.
30 Apr, 2018, 8:52 pm
{Magnus sighs and sits as well.} "No, I can't. I'm bound to her. Otherwise I couldn't be here. Although, maybe you're right. Maybe she does care about me more than I think. I am her second in command. That shows that she has some level of confidence in me."
30 Apr, 2018, 8:57 pm
'Yeah... Anyway, you're pretty lucky. Most of the other draugrs I've seen so far are like mindless robots. You're actually a person. A quite normal-sounding person, in fact. That must count for something.'
30 Apr, 2018, 9:04 pm
"That's not luck, actually." {Magnus proceeds to explain to Armin what he had told Ivy earlier, about being a strong soul.} "So, you see, I can be myself, while the other draugrs lack the willpower to break through. Despite the way they appear, if Dianne were to let up, their original personalities would show through."
30 Apr, 2018, 9:39 pm
'So, your will is too strong for her to fully control you... That sounds useful,' said Armin. 'You can annoy her as much as you want and she can't stop you, but she also won't destroy you because you're too valuable,' he added with a dull hint of mirth. He then fell silent, tilting his head back to watch the star-filled night sky.
30 Apr, 2018, 9:56 pm
{Magnus chuckles before leaning back and playing a tune. } "Yes. I get much enjoyment out of annoying her. Normally, while I'm a ghost, I give a running commentary on current events. Sometimes I can make her laugh or pull a face mid conversation. She can hear me, but the one she's taking to generally can't. "
01 May, 2018, 10:14 am
Armin laughed slightly. 'You must have a lot of fun doing that.' He paused for a moment. 'Reminds me of when Sargon's minions - the ones who didn't want to be there, not the loyal ones - used to pull pranks on him sometimes. Of course, he has no sense of humour, so it usually didn't go over well.'
01 May, 2018, 5:16 pm
"Pranks?" {Magnus asks, his expression lightening up quite a bit.} "Do tell!"
01 May, 2018, 5:21 pm
'Hmm... where do I start? A few years ago, somebody sent him a letter, forged in Anastasia's handwriting and with her signature, proclaiming her eternal love for him... That didn't go over well with either Sargon or Ana.' He grinned. 'Another time, a buddy of mine unleashed about a hundred rats into Sargon's private rooms... He nearly got caught, but it was worth it.' A wistfully amused expression settled on his face.
01 May, 2018, 5:28 pm
Magnus: "AHAHAHAHA! What? You mean that harlot that Sargon appointed to be his second in command? Doesn't she already love him? Tell me more about the fallout of the letter! What was his reaction?"
01 May, 2018, 5:38 pm
'Oh yes, she definitely loves him,' Armin chuckled. 'But she's never told him outright.' He thought for a moment, running a hand absently through his hair. 'I never actually saw the letter, nor do i know who wrote it, but from what I heard afterwards, Sargon nearly flipped. He asked Ana if she'd really written it, and she was so embarrassed that she couldn't look him in the face for a week. And he spent about two days interrogating his minions in an attempt to find out who had actually written it.'
01 May, 2018, 5:49 pm
Magnus: "Ohohoho! That's rich! From what I saw the few times I've actually seen Sargon in person, he doesn't seem like the most emotionally open person. However, you're telling me he "flipped out" upon receiving the letter? Maybe he does have feelings for her after all."
01 May, 2018, 5:53 pm
'Wouldn't that be a beautiful thing? But no, I'm pretty sure Sargon doesn't have feelings for her. He was just angry that someone had the nerve to do such a thing. Also, it made him realise that nearly everyone in his army is aware of Ana's huge crush on him, which was probably kind of embarrassing.'
01 May, 2018, 5:56 pm
Magnus: "Heh, yeah. Can't be going around with everyone under you thinking your some lovestruck fool, right? At least, not in his line of work."
01 May, 2018, 6:01 pm
'It was funny, though,' remarked Armin. 'Nobody dared to pull a prank like that on him again, but it was great while it lasted. Just don't ever mention that letter to Ana, if you ever see her. She'd go crazy.'
01 May, 2018, 11:53 pm
{Magnus makes a devilishly devious face.} "You don't say. Y'know, inducing rage can be a useful strategy for bringing down large creatures or luring individuals away from important objectives. That story may have much use to us."
02 May, 2018, 10:44 am
'Probably,' Armin agreed. 'It's pretty easy to make Ana angry anyway. Just make fun of her for liking Sargon and she'll lose it. Of course, that usually results in her trying to kill you.'
02 May, 2018, 3:25 pm
{Magnus nods.} "Yeah, but that won't matter. I'm already dead, so what do I have to lose?"
02 May, 2018, 3:41 pm
Armin looked thoughtful. 'Hm, that's an idea. Next time we run into Ana, you can go and insult her. She won't be able to kill you, and the rest of us can sit back and laugh.'
02 May, 2018, 4:07 pm
"Sounds like a plan."{Magnus chuckles.} "Although, I'll need my greatsword from Dianne first. If I have a opportunity to remove her from play entirely, I'm going to take it."
02 May, 2018, 5:58 pm
'Then I hope you're as good a swordsman as you are a guitarist,' said Armin. 'Ana might be an idiot, but she's still big, fast, and powerful.'
02 May, 2018, 7:02 pm
"Heheh, we shall see." {Says Magnus, smirking.} "I've brought down many beasts during my time alive. Granted, Ana is both a dragon and undead, but it wouldn't be the first time I've bagged me one of those."
02 May, 2018, 7:58 pm
'To be honest,' said Armin, 'I think it would be more funny if we could somehow manage to kill Sargon first. Imagine if we could kill him in front of Ana. She'd be heartbroken.'
02 May, 2018, 9:54 pm
"Hmm." {Magnus takes a moment to consider before smiling.} "What a delightfully devilish idea. Ever since this all started, I've been itching to test my mettle against him. Everyone says he's formidable. I wish to see just how formidable he really is."
02 May, 2018, 10:00 pm
'Well, he's one of the oldest vampires alive,' said Armin. 'He's incredibly strong, incredibly quick, and has a lot of experience in fighting. He's ruthless and will do pretty much anything to get what he wants...' Without seeming to notice, he rubbed at his right hand, the one with the missing fingers. 'And he's supposed to be a superb swordsman as well as a good shot with a gun, though I've never seen him in action.'
02 May, 2018, 11:58 pm
{Magnus scratches his chin.} "I'm willing to bet I have him beat in the age department. Not that it helps very much. Good with a sword, eh? So am I. Can't say I'm any good with a gun though. Incredibly strong and quick? Given the right body, I could match that easily. This current form is a few days old and probably wouldn't be good enough to beat him. If Dianne made me the right body, I'm willing to wager that I'd have him beat."
03 May, 2018, 10:42 am
'I'd like to see a fight between the two of you someday,' said Armin. 'Just to see if you really could beat him.' He paused for a moment, then added thoughtfully, 'You know, I've been thinking about Dark Brink a lot lately. I bet that if Sargon knew about him, he would want to summon him and get more powers.'
03 May, 2018, 3:42 pm
(If only you knew Armin)
03 May, 2018, 4:25 pm
(Ignorance is bliss)
03 May, 2018, 5:23 pm
"Hmmm." {Magnus pauses to think.} "I suppose it's possible that the two may cooperate at some point. It would make our jobs a lot harder if they do. And Dianne certainly would not be happy about that. She absolutely despises Dark Brink."
03 May, 2018, 6:50 pm
'Really? Any reason why, besides the obvious?'
//And I'm willing to bet that Sargon HAS heard of Brink before,// Armin thought. //This could be a problem...//
03 May, 2018, 7:23 pm
(DB from the distance: u wot Dianne m8 I'll rough u up y' ain't all that
Dark is now a chav okay then-)
03 May, 2018, 7:37 pm
03 May, 2018, 7:41 pm
(Dianne RE to DB.: "F@$k you, ya hyper-dimensional, child molesting fleabag! Come at me bro, I'll stuff your mangy ass in a bottle and keep you on my shelf for the next thousand years, and make a rug out of your one-eyed abomination! U ain't gon' do shiet!)
03 May, 2018, 8:21 pm
Armin turned to look at Magnus with a surprised expression. 'I wouldn't have expected that. She seems the type to hate kids, actually. What d'you think she would do if she ever met him personally? Try to kill him? I'm not sure if that's even possible.'
03 May, 2018, 8:21 pm
(This side conversation tho)
03 May, 2018, 8:35 pm
Magnus: "Really? What would make you think she'd hate 'em? And Brink can't die, he's a spirit. She'd have to settle for either trapping him within an object or banishing him to another plane of existence, like Oblivion. Neither option would be easy to accomplish, given just how powerful he is, but the fact remains. He's a spirit, and she has domain over his plane of residence. They're both capable of trading serious blows with one another."
03 May, 2018, 8:35 pm
(Lol XD)
03 May, 2018, 8:48 pm
'Because she doesn't like most people from what I've seen,' said Armin. 'And small children are generally loud and annoying, so they're more dislikeable... But I guess it's just something I wouldn't have expected from her.' He stood up and gave a yawn. 'Well, if she ever does meet Brink, I think it'll be interesting to watch.'
03 May, 2018, 9:07 pm
03 May, 2018, 9:27 pm
Armin shrugged. 'I guess she's not likely to trust any of /us/ anytime soon, then,' he remarked. 'But that's not my problem.'
It was getting late by then; the moon was visible in the sky and the village around them was dark and getting cold. Armin pulled his jacket around himself more tightly and said, 'Unless there's any other interesting things you want to discuss, I'm going back to the hotel.'
04 May, 2018, 12:28 am
"Actually, Armin..." {Magnus followed up.} "I have something I want to ask you. You said you used to work for Sargon. What was your position under him?"
04 May, 2018, 10:13 am
Armin paused and looked around. 'Oh... There wasn't really a name for the position I held. Or Anastasia's. We both worked very close to Sargon, becoming known as his right and left hands. We did the most dangerous missions, and he entrusted us with information about his future plans that he didn't tell everyone else. I was usually known as the left hand. Ana was the right hand, because she liked him more.'

(I've just realised that I /really/ want Mortikai and Dianne to interact now
Like
Will she kick off at him as much as she would at Dark Brink? Will she allow him a chance to explain himself?)
04 May, 2018, 6:58 pm
( @King Oooooh, we should do that once the day comes. >:D Yeah, I'd want to see what happens too!)
04 May, 2018, 7:03 pm
(I can see chaos and destruction happening if they ever meet. XD)
04 May, 2018, 7:08 pm
{Magnus gives a thoughtful look.}"Really? Did he tell you anything important, perhaps regarding his next move?"
04 May, 2018, 7:11 pm
(Aggron)
'He only told me about how he planned to make Shacklestone City his,' Armin replied. 'I don't have any idea what he might be planning to do right this moment. Besides, he never trusted me 100%, so he might have avoided telling me some things.'
04 May, 2018, 7:24 pm
Magnus: "I see. One last thing: Frederick mentioned that his orders were to either capture or kill you and Jeremiah. What use would Sargon have for you two being alive?"
04 May, 2018, 7:46 pm
(Well the only way to get that done it to get Morty out of the fight :')
Honestly when I first read that Vitis stabbef Morty up I had the emotional equivalent of that one reaction meme of the screaming cat lmao)
@Radiant/Aggron
With a yowl that sounded more akin to scream, Mortikai shifts back into his human form to force himself out of Vitis' hands, keeping crouched as he moves away.
Second, I'm sure you can figure out."
Reclaiming a knife from the ground, he throws it at Vitis' legs as a distraction as he gets up and runs a safe distance away from both of them, giving them a wide space of opportunity.
04 May, 2018, 8:00 pm
(Aggron)
'He'd probably be interested in knowing why we've been so determined to defeat him,' said Armin. 'After all, we're the only group who actually ARE fighting him. He likely wants to know what's driving us. ...Though, I also think he'd want to capture us so that he can gloat a little before he kills us.'
04 May, 2018, 8:02 pm
(King/Aggron)
Crowley had started to prowl towards Morty, halting in his tracks when the cat shifter turned back into a man and quickly moved away from them. He spread his feathery wings and lowered his head, ready to leap at Morty as soon as he saw a good opportunity.
04 May, 2018, 8:34 pm
{Vitis hops about to avoid the knife, like a spider on a hotplate, before turning towards Morty} "Aye, watch it! So, I missed your vitals, so what!? It's not like you're winning against the both of us. Mah boi Crowley here could probably take you out on his own."
04 May, 2018, 8:37 pm
{Magnus nods.} "Well, we're likely fighting so hard because we're the only ones brave enough to. Also, some of us have lost things to that jackass, and we want to repay him. Gloat, huh? Never seen him express much emotion. I wonder what that would look like?"
04 May, 2018, 8:59 pm
(A/K)
Crowley grinned. 'Of course I could,' he purred. 'How about you come a little closer and let me try?' He swung his head around to gaze unnervingly at Mortikai.
04 May, 2018, 9:01 pm
(A)
'He does gloat,' said Armin. 'Sometimes. He might not seem very emotional - and he isn't - but he's still a living person. I've mostly only seen him angry and disappointed before. But he does have SOME emotions.'
04 May, 2018, 9:08 pm
@Radiant/Aggron
Mortikai scoffs, barely fazed by Crowley's gaze.
"Are you truly so confident in your power that you think you could take out the right hand man of a god-like spirit? I'd /love/ to see you try."
He might have been bluffing about his power, but if he could just run them around for long enough, then he could tire them out and run for it. It wasn't a very elegant way of finishing the fight, but it would be easier than summoning his master for help.
04 May, 2018, 10:04 pm
{Vitis laughs.} "God-shmod. You're master is a cute lil' kitty-cat! Get 'im, Crowley! Rip his eyes out, an' all that!"
04 May, 2018, 10:06 pm
{Magnus nods once again.} "I guess I'll see that eventually. Well, if you're tired now, you can go back to the hotel. It was nice talking to you, Armin. I can't understand why Dianne dislikes you so much."
05 May, 2018, 9:45 am
(King/Aggron)
Crowley let out a nasty laugh. 'Best thing I've ever heard you say!' He sprung forwards, claws outstretched, aiming to jump on top of Morty and pin him to the ground. He didn't know if Morty was fast enough, in his injured state, to dodge the attack.
05 May, 2018, 9:48 am
(Aggron)
'Thanks. About why she hates me...' Armin's mind returned briefly to the creeper conversation, and he gave an awkward chuckle. 'I don't know either. See you tomorrow.' He nodded in farewell and started to walk back to the hotel.
05 May, 2018, 2:54 pm
{Magnus nods back.} “See ya tomorrow.” {with that, he stands up and walks into the night, playing his guitar.”
05 May, 2018, 3:12 pm
(Let's leave this here for now. Later, we can finish the fight scene and then skip to morning.)

Ok
