It goes something like this, a war that no one remembers destroyed most of the large populated cities on earth, these abandoned cities became nest for strange beast that appeared after the unknown war.

In these destroyed cities are 'Survivors', people who survived after the war, (of course having no memory of it happening) but all woke up with strange powers or abilities specific to the indivisual. The goal for them would be to get to population and, well, survive... and find other survivors.
