#Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, before her complete breakdown, contemplating on who should be banished next.
She's a pretty darn interesting character, though not quite as complex as her brother, Zuko (at least, not until the last part of season 3 and the comics, where she goes crazy but then sort of recovers but not really all that much).
I wanted to experiment with this one a bit, The themes for this picture were light, shadow, and the color blue.

one of the best cartoons ever imo. :)
love the lighting and shading, but especially the detail to the eyes. her eyes are gold so looking at something blue would make them look green. :D
